Panda Pan is a cozy home bakery where Japanese flavors meet Southern comfort. We mix the soft, subtle sweetness of Japanese-style baking with the bold, homey goodness of Southern classics – think fluffy shokupan, yuzu lemonade cookies, kabocha pumpkin rolls, and chocolate chip melonpan, all made fresh with care.
Owner and head baker, Amanda, is passionate about sharing her love for Japan’s rich culture and cuisine with her local North Alabama community. At Panda Pan, we’re here to share a little joy through thoughtful food inspired by two cultures who love to feed people well. We bring a fresh twist to everyday favorites – and we can’t wait for you to try a bite!
