Our Story
Hi! I'm Amanda, owner of Panda Pan and Japanese confection-enthusiast. A lawyer by day, I spend my evenings and weekends baking for friends, family, and my local community. What started as a high-school foreign exchange trip to Japan's Akita prefecture almost twenty years ago has grown into a lifelong passion for Japanese culture, travel, and cuisine. My goal and mission is to give Panda Pan's customers an authentic taste of Japan through the same commitment to quality, precision, and artful technique that makes Japanese baking so special.
