Owner and head baker, Amanda, is an attorney by day and spends her evenings and weekends baking for her friends, family, and community. She draws inspiration for her recipes from her time spent living in Japan and then working in an Asian bakery. She is passionate about sharing Japan’s unique flavors, baking techniques, and dedication to quality with her beloved North Alabama community. Amanda runs Panda Pan with the help of her husband, Jake, and daughter and fellow baking-enthusiast, Mary.
